Tips on peeling off your hard boiled eggs easily

Tip #1:

When the eggs are done boiling, pour out the hot water and then quickly replace with cold water with ice. Cover the pot, then shake it vigorously. The quick change in temperature will make the egg contract therefore making peeling off the hard boiled eggs easier.

Tip #2:

Puncture the tip of your egg using a clean pin before boiling. This will remove any air inside the shell making it less prone to breaking during boiling.

Tip #3:

Submerge your hard boiled eggs in warm water and then add a tablespoon of vinegar to aid in peeling.

Tip #4:

Putting salt into the water while boiling the eggs would make them easier to peel afterwards.

Tip #5:

Use an older egg for boiling. You will have an easier time peeling when an older egg is used.
